AN APPEAL TO ALL EX BORDERMEN TO JOIN IEBM
Dear Ex-Bordermen,
Because, all other methods to address and resolve the grievances of Ex-Bordermen (EBM) have totally and miserably failed, it is proposed to knock the doors of Hon’ble Supreme Court and Hon’ble Delhi High Court (Division Bench) by filing Writ Petitions (WPs). To achieve above, a society is being formed as “Indian Ex-Bordermen Movement” and proposed to be registered in New Delhi under the Society Registration Act 1860. To raise and operate the funds, a bank account will be opened in SBI, BSF Camp, Chhawla, New Delhi. As per rules and regulations in the Society Registration Act 1860, the accounts will be audited & shared with all members by uploading on the website of the Society and also on Social Media such as whatsapp and e-mail. The matters proposed to be taken up, the details of each matter with likely monetary gains rank wise are explained in objectives.
